Adaptlantis is a Berlin-based change management consultancy. I was brought in to lead product strategy and delivery for a new web presence — one that could clearly articulate the firm’s expertise, services, and methods while introducing scalable backend workflows for internal autonomy.

The brief emphasized simplicity and clarity. We focused on clean UX, service storytelling, and flexible tools the team could manage themselves. I also scoped a custom chatbot for future implementation.

Scope of Work

• Built and launched a custom Webflow site for the consultancy
• Designed site architecture with visual service map navigation
• Created a Notion-based backend for team content workflows
• Conducted UX audits and competitive analysis
• Delivered CMS instructions + recorded client training
• Scoped AI chatbot for future integration and expansion
