Case: AI Translation Platform – Multi-Product PM Leadership
As Product Manager at Lengoo, I led the strategy and execution of eight AI-powered translation products in a fast-paced, B2B SaaS environment serving global enterprise clients. I worked across three agile squads and owned multiple product streams from UX to infrastructure to enterprise integrations.
My core focus areas included the development of browser-based translation extensions for Office 365, Google Chrome, and other environments, enabling users to translate multilingual content directly within their workflow tools.
I also managed a Digital Asset Management (DAM) product, which featured robust integration connectors for Adobe Creative Cloud, Inriver PIM, and Optimizely CMS. These tools allowed marketing and localization teams to access AI translations directly within their content ecosystems cutting time-to-publish and improving content governance.
Through a focus on cross-functional collaboration, QA leadership, and roadmap delivery, my work contributed to 4x user growth and more than doubling the platform's ARR.
