Sacra Cosmetics is a UK-based, female-led skincare and lifestyle brand. I partnered with the founder to lead a full digital transformation over the course of 14 months. My focus was on rebuilding the e-commerce site, aligning the new platform with a modern brand identity, and scaling backend systems to support growth.
Sacra blends skincare with wellness and ritual, offering more than a product line. It’s a lifestyle experience. I shaped a luxurious and editorially-driven customer journey across the site, backend, and campaign content — ensuring beauty and intention were balanced at every touchpoint.
